At HyFlyers Bengaluru, our programs are designed to guide children through every stage of their gymnastics journey. From playful beginnings to advanced performance training, each stage builds upon the previous one, ensuring a smooth and confident progression.

Our curriculum focuses on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and discipline, while keeping sessions engaging and enjoyable.

Introduction to Movement
 

This program is designed to introduce young children to the world of movement in a fun and interactive way, often with parent involvement.

Tiny Flyers (Ages 2–5)

A solid foundation that prepares children for more advanced skills.

Building Strong Foundations

At this stage, children begin structured gymnastics training with a focus on fundamentals.

Rising Flyers (Ages 5–8)

Improved technique, strength, and overall athletic performance

Skill Development & Technique

Advanced Flyers (8+ Years)
